Government in Arabia is looking forward towards the emancipation of native women especially in the field of education. Therefore, about 27 women have been allotted top positions in the department of higher education.
Before these 27 women, some five women were already appointed as deans who were working with the Ministry of Education.
This would encourage native women to create some kind of autonomy in the nation towards education that would be instrumental in uplifting the women folk. In addition, it would also help in providing jobs to the unemployed women.
Since, the ministry has already launched a campaign to provide employment to 200,000 women and appointed 30 women officials at its offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. And are still receiving applications from women job seekers in huge numbers.
The General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training (GOTEVOT) is providing training for women as cashiers, retail sellers and receptionists.
For the first time, these kinds of training have been offered to the women in the region.
It has been anticipated that Rakisa Holding, the lead developer of Prince Abdul Aziz ibn Musaed Economic City in Hail would create around 600 jobs for women in the current year.
