Muslim Women have started thwarting the stigma that Muslim women can not compete with men in professional fields. Despite they have started taking lead in many fields. Don’t be shocked if you learn that Prophet Muhammad was married to a business woman.



London’s Lord Mayor hosted a dinner in honor of the 5th anniversary of the Arab International Women’s Forum. This dinner was a stamp by authorities that the Muslim women are now making waves across the globe professionally.



It is believed that in Saudi Arabia around 40 per cent of the nation’s wealth in the hands of female that too when Islam has reservation on women to go public. Last year a woman was elected as person in charge for the chamber of commerce, which was unthinkable till recent times.



However, the compelling need of women to come out to participate in the economic process can not be ruled out as well. In the Middle East economic development is the only way to establish peace and prosperity. According to an account, by 2020, a projected 80 million jobs need to be created to upset the vicious unemployment. To prevent this disastrous situation the said region required to maintain a growth rate of seven per cent a year. And of course this simply can not be achieved by marginalizing half the workforce.
