In spite of all the negative things that are going on in Saudi Arabia concerning women, there are times when the sun rises into a beautiful morning: and this is one of such occasions.
In the picture above is seen the smiling and satisfied faces of few Saudi women who has emerged out as winner in the male dominated province of Arab. They are Saudi fashion designer Amina Al Jassim, jewelry merchant Samia Al-Edrisi, and children’s clothing retailer Laila Alarifi.
They are three of the six female candidates who will be contesting for the positions that were earlier reserved for men only. They will be taking part in the election for the upcoming Saudi Chamber of Commerce for the Eastern Province, based in Dammam.
