In the solely Muslim Women workforce factory in Riyadh a huge heavy metal door protected by bouncers like guards awaits to welcome any visitors who has to gain entry into the building. If it is male visitor you he has to wait for till his turn comes as the production will stop altogether by this sudden interruption.
The Nardeen Factory is an example of the slight changes that has come across Saudi Arabia in relation to women workers. But still it has a long way to go coz this women section is closely guarded so as to prohibit any male from entering their domain. When ever a man comes the women will be alerted with the sounds of a loud bell so that they have enough time to cover themselves up.
The women workforce was launched as a part of the charity campaign to provide the needy women to have job opportunities. Though the entire scheme segregates women from men, the women out there say that they are quite happy and contended as they are given the same wages (2,000 riyals/£300 monthly) like the other male workers.
But a woman going out for job is still a debatable issue in Saudi Arab and around 39% of the women said that their place is at home not office. However with time changes are taking place in the positive side and more is yet to come in the near future.

Why is a womans place better in the workplace? Can’t you see the negative effects that women going to work has had on the American society and that many American women are returning to the home? And these are not just conservative Christian women> Wow!! The Prophet Muhammad was right about us following them!
