A report from the Equal Opportunities Commission states, that the Asian Muslim women are facing job discrimination, in almost every office in the western countries. Often due to the prevailing notion of stereotyped portrayal of the women belonging to the minority classes, they are facing hurdles in the office and while going for interviews. Despite the fact that the Pakistani and the Bangladeshi women are willing to excel, they are very likely to suffer from racist views. According to the survey result, one in five Pakistani and Bangladeshi women are questioned due to their religious Islamic dress. A group of women from both this nations said that it is not just racism, which is blocking their progress; there are quite many cultural facts that are challenging them.
