Since time immemorial, the Muslim community in Kashmir is torn between growing rifts and more particularly the Kashmiri women.
They are not only banned from visiting public parks but now even asked by a Militant group named HuJI to stop using cell phones altogether.
The statement of the outfit published in a local Srinagar newspaper states:
HuJI warns girls not to carry mobile phones and visit public parks. Parents should control their girls. This is our final warning.
Now what can be the reason behind this sudden ban that came from two outfits? Probabilities are high that it is the sex-scandal bust, which has infuriated many militant groups.
I would say that instead of banning cell phones for girls, the militants group should warn those officials who were involved in the sex scandal.
