Today is the most awaited day in the history of Kuwaiti women, where the fate of 28 women candidates will be declared. This, unlike the other parliamentary election is not going to be a stale one, but will be buzzing with women voters across this islamic nation who are voting for their favorite candidate.
Wherever the eye goes, one will see the brimming faces of the women participants who are engrossed in one-to-one talk with the male as well as the female supporters.
The percentage of female voters though is not overwhelming, but still, as expected, many have turned up to support the candidates.
Majority of the women have faith on Rola Dashti, who they believe is going it to enter the male dominated system.
She was seen happily chatting away her time with both the sexes present in her campaign headquarters. This is for the first time that a campaign seems to be so energetic and full of mystery regarding the results.
