It seems that communities all over the world are at last realizing the problems that women have to face while commuting from one place to another on public transport.



Example of this realization is clear in the introduction of the Women Only PINK cabs in Menchester and the latest move on the part of Iranian government to launch a sex-segregated bus service in Tehran where in both the driver as well as passengers will be just women.



These will be 11-seater minibuses will be on roads in as early as the latter half of June, thanks to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who became the president in 2005.
