Under a new policy strategically devised by the UK government, Muslim mothers will be given free training to avail the kind of job that they desire to opt for.
The moving force behind this venture is to push forward those mothers who otherwise prefer to stay back at home due to the fear of offending the Islamic religious parties.
A ‘pilot plan of 10 million pound‘ is declared officially by the Community Secretary Ruth Kelly yesterday to back up this scheme.
Main points for the process:
1.Projection of the schools will be to lend practical career advice to the girls.
2.Big firms and major companies such as Accenture, BAE Systems, and BP will be a part of this project and create job opportunities for the women.
3.Flexible work time will be granted to the working mothers.
4.A-level standard training will be offered.
5.Do away with the isolation created at workspace for the women from the Asian countries.
6.No gender discrimination at work place will be encouraged.
7.Equal pay package and opportunities for both the sex to be implemented.
