Soha Aboul Farag, becomes the first Saudi Women who is been selected for a leadership quality grooming program to be held in US.



A banker by profession, she is the lucky one to be picked up from amongst ten candidates hailing from the Western Region to take part in this one month long program organized by the US State Department in Washington.



The program aims to make these women’s interact with the Fortune 500 companies and to meet various official from the White House, US government departments, chambers of commerce, the World Bank, Congress members and Georgetown University.



Entitled ‘International Women Leaders Mentoring Partnership’, the meeting will focus on educating these women on all the leadership qualities and after the meeting all the 25 participants will be handed over to one of the Fortune 500 companies, where they will be provided guidance by senior executives to hone their skills.



This is indeed a proper step towards providing the women folk with the right kind of platform where they can gain as much as knowledge as required to develop not only their confidence but also their leadership skill and their business sense.
