Parvin Ali believes that women can do wonders and they have a capability to change their own destiny. With keeping this in mind she has founded British- based FATIMA Women’s Network in Leicester, England in 2003.
The network aims at the economic empowerment of the women, particularly those women who are from the disadvantaged background. FATIMA provides education, training and employment support so as to make them financially independent.
For raising funds, FATIMA undertakes research work from the national and regional government in Britain on gender and diversity issues.
