A Muslim woman has to marry a man within her community, and if she somehow gets involved with a non-Muslim man, her own near and dear ones kill her so that the family honor is restored.
However, for this lucky Saudi women aged 40, it was a moment of triumph, the jackpot to her future days of happiness, when a court gave her justice by ruling in her favour.
This 40-year-old woman had appealed to the court so that she can get married to a non-Saudi man. She was so happy when the judge announced the decision that the whole court heard her cries of glory - a far-fetched dream that turned into reality. (Al-Madinah report)
