Women rights activists worldwide are agitated with the killings of women and children due to the ongoing Israel and Lebanon war.
A petitioned signed by nearly 850 women is trying to pressurize the influential leader of the world and the members of the United Nations to stop the inhuman ‘genocide’ of the Israeli armed forces.
The statement reads:
We urge world leaders and the United Nations ... to intervene immediately to stop the genocide waged by Israel against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, which targets innocent civilians, children, women and elderly people.
The group has further criticized the Israeli government for violating international law and thereby killing many women and children in the name of war.
