In a latest development, Newindpress reports that nearly 1,500 Afghan will receive their formal training at the Kerela Police Academy situated in the Southern part of India.



The Germans training other Afghan police personnel, have put forward this proposal via the Union Home Ministry, and are still waiting for the final go ahead from the Kerela state government.



If accepted, this is the second international assignment for this Academy, and if the forwarded proposal is accepted, the academy will at once start its training session by dividing the entire troop into near about four groups.
