The life of women in Iran is nothing but that of a zombie. A slight fault on her part and she is a dead meat for the conservative religious leaders.



Can you ever imagine that a girl trying to defend herself from being raped will be sentenced to death?



This is a true story of Nazanin Fatehi, the 18-year-old Iran girl, who in an act of self-defense stabbed the sexual predator who was trying to rape her.



Nevertheless, what does this poor girl get in return?



The literally uneducated religious heads convicts her as the criminal and sentences her death.







Now let us move on to another female, she is Nazanin too, though she is 26 year old, former 2003 Miss World runner-up dreaming to make it big as a pop singer.



Nazanin Afshin-Jam, on hearing the case of the victimized Nazanin is now leading a powerful international campaign to save this unfortunate girl. She is backed by power-packed personas such as Lloyd Axworthy, the former Liberal foreign affairs minister and many other organizations.



Ms. Afshin who is both beautiful now has the wherewhithals to help Fatehi. Why shouldn’t we allcome forward and help her in this struggle?
